AHOP is a down payment assistance subsidy Program for eligible Low Income First Time Homebuyers. Up to $100,000 in subsidy. Preference provided to households who live or work in Antioch. Subsidies provided until depleted on a first come first served basis. Click here for more information.

Antioch Home Ownership Program (AHOP) HUD Approved Homebuyer Educational Workshop
The City of Antioch is offering low to moderate income first time homebuyer Antioch residents and workforce a free Homebuyer Education workshop from a HUD approved counseling Agency. Applicants must have a Homebuyer Education Certificate to apply for the City of Antioch’s Home Ownership Program (AHOP). You must register for the June 10, 11 and 12, 2025 online workshop.
